Shirley Ann Denwett Rutta Rehling

Shirley A. Rehling, born July 16, 1935 in Grayling, Michigan. She passed away peacefully on August 15, 2020, after a hard-fought battle with stomach cancer.

She is survived by her husband Frank C. Rehling; and her four of five children: Rhonda (Bruce) Bruner, Robin (Steve – deceased) Anderson, Donald R. (Helen) Moosman, Charles Moosman; and grandson Kristopher Moosman. She lost one child in birth, Larry Moosman, and looked forward to finally meeting him in Heaven.

Much later in her life, she found the love of her life, Frank. They married in 2012 and the honeymoon lasted eight years. They loved the Murray Senior Center and visited all the others to enjoy dancing and meeting all their friends. When not doing this, they were on a bowling league and when not doing that, they were on cruises around the U.S. Their favorite cruise was the Panama Canal cruise, which they took three times. Mom also enjoyed time with Frank’s side of their new extended family and of course her children.  In her spare time, she loved to read books. Mom loved life and lived life to its fullest every day.

Private family services will be held.
