John C Anderson

Born in Moroni, Utah, February 19, 1934, to John & Ivy Anderson, John passed away April 13, 2019.

John graduated from Moroni High in 1952 and served in the US Army. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He married Donna Otteson, February 3, 1953; their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti Temple. John retired from the Tooele Army Depot after 30 years.

John is survived by his wife Donna; children, Richard (Vicky), Michael and Cindy; 6 grandchildren (one serving in Afghanistan); and 12 great-grandchildren. Also survived by siblings, Norma Bodily, Helen Andersen and Ross Anderson.

Funeral services will be held Monday, April 22nd, 11:00 a.m. at the Paradise Ward, 1555 W. Lovely Road. Viewings will be held Sunday, April 21st, 6-8:00 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and prior to services Monday at the church from 10-10:45 a.m. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
