Gary William Kelly

Gary William Kelly, 74 of Murray, Utah passed away on September 17, 2020, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He left this world, surrounded by the love of his life of over 50 years Susan, and his only son Todd.

Gary was born, on September 22, 1945, in Rotan, Texas to Marvin, and Dorothy Kelly. He served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in France, from 1965 to 1967. Gary married and was sealed to Susan Annette Birch, on June 22, 1970, in the Salt Lake Temple.

Gary is survived by his wife, Susan; son, Todd; and granddaughters Averi and Ashton; mother Dorothy; and siblings David (Judy), Jean “Cookie” Nibarger, Carla (Lon) Lorimor, Janet (Ben) Lee, and Sheri (Bob) Kane. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 25, 2020, 12:00 noon at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, Taylorsville, Utah 84107, with a viewing prior to services from 11:00 to 11:45.

In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted to help offset final expenses.
