Delilah Smith Bull

Delilah S. McLean Bull passed away peacefully on May 9, 2021 at the age of 89. Delilah was born on July 26, 1931 to Clinton R. Smith McLean and Leila F. Higgins.

Graduated from West High in 1948 where she met the love of her life Donald J. Bull. They were married on April 2, 1953. On December 3, 1978 they were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple. They had 5 children: 4 boys and 1 daughter.

As a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints she served in many positions including a mission to South Carolina from May 1991 to May 1992. Anyone who met her just loved her as she never had a bad thing to say about anyone. She loved spending time with family and friends. Her memory wasn't always the best, but her sense of humor never faded.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Donald; sons Clinton E. Bull and David J. Bull; her grandson Jason M. Bull; and siblings Marene (Paul) Howe, Marvin (Elaine) McLean, Hazel (Therice) Tibbits.

She is survived by her son Craig (Karen) Bull; daughter Kathy (Rick) Benson; son Eric (Cindy) Bull; and sister Maryellen (Edward) Branson; along with several grand and great-grandchildren.

The family would like to express their gratitude to Cascades at Riverwalk Care Center and Harmony Hills Assisted Living for their loving care and kindness, always making her feel at home and loved.

There will be a graveside service at 11:00 am on Monday, May 17th at Valley View Memorial Park, 4400 West 4100 South. Prior to the service there will be a viewing from 9:30 am - 10:30 am at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, Taylorsville, Utah.
