Our loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend completed her earthly journey on October 6, 2018. She was born April 17, 1942 in American Fork, Utah to George and Evada Flack. She married the love of her life, John Neff, January 11, 1963. Later, they were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple. They enjoyed 55 years of marriage, working, playing, vacationing, dancing, and raising four daughters. Judy was a faithful member of the church and served in many capacities. She is known for her cheerful nature, loyalty, strength, and legacy of faith. She loved any reason to celebrate and made every occasion special. She had many loves, one of which was BYU football. Her greatest love was spending time with family and friends. Judy is survived by her husband, John; daughters: Barbara (Phil) Luka, Cheryl (Steve) Morrill, Suzie (Scott) Bagshaw, and Karilee (Matt) Dayton; grandchildren: Brandon, Taylor, Jessica, Joshua (serving Mission in Mexico), Rachel, and Zach; brothers: Delyle, John, and Terry; and one great-grandchild on the way. Preceded in death by her parents; sister, Chelda; and infant grandson, Nathan. She will be greatly missed! A viewing will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Friday, October 12th, at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 S. Redwood Road, Taylorsville. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 13th, 11:00 a.m. at the Jordan North 6th Ward building, 3836 W. 4100 S., West Valley City, with a viewing prior from 10:00 -10:45 a.m. Interment at Valley View Memorial Park.
