Claudia Crosby

Claudia Crosby, beloved mother and friend, passed away February 5, 2016. She was born in Salt Lake County, Utah on October 11, 1935, to Kenneth D. Larsen and Gladys R. Hepworth. She married Don L. Simpson, December 26, 1953 and they had four children. She later married Garth W. Crosby, April 20, 1968 and they had one son. Claudia loved spending time sewing, crocheting, watching game shows and horse races, and occasional trips to Wendover. She is survived by her five children, Don (Nancy) Simpson, Tonie (Martin) Beimer, Stella (Joseph) Cowgur, Wanda (Arthur) Anderson, Boyd (Melody) Crosby; 14 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; 2 sisters, Maureen (Donald Sr.) Sloan, Carol (Jack) Canfield; 2 brothers Norman (Diane) Larsen, Wendle Larsen. Preceded in death by grandparents; parents; both husbands; 1 brother-in-law; 1 sister-in-law; 1 son-in-law; 1 grandson. She was loved by all and will be deeply missed. A special thanks to Wanda and Michelle for the tender love and care they gave her while she was in their home. A family viewing will be held Friday, February 12, 1:00-1:45 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, followed by a Graveside service at 2:00 p.m. at Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 South Redwood Road.
