It is with great sorrow that we share the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. Vivian Ann Larcade, age 85, of Salt Lake City passed away on April 15, 2023 after putting up a tough fight against lung cancer.
Vivian was born on January 18, 1938 to Lucille Marie Vertz and Lyle Lorus McClintock in Joplin, Missouri. Vivian married Robert D. Larcade, deceased, and they had three beautiful children; Theresa, Tim, and Tony. They established their home in Salt Lake City in 1958 when Theresa was an infant.
Vivian found joy in the work she did throughout her life. Vivian had a passion for baseball. She had many other hobbies, including card games, bowling, and gardening.
Many will remember her generosity and her ability to create such works of art in the kitchen. Vivian deeply loved the many animals she raised throughout her life. Of all her loves, her commitment to raising her children and grandchildren was the greatest.
