Velva Bentley

Velva Farnsworth Bentley passed away on November 19, 2024. She was born to George and Thelma Farnsworth on February 25, 1931. She lost her parents when she was twelve years old and lived in foster homes. She later married the love of her life Kenneth O Bentley and together they raised eight Children. Velva was a fighter to the end; she battled cancer twice and beat it. In her later years she loved traveling with her husband in their motorhome and they enjoyed many fun adventures together. She wrote beautiful poems and enjoyed gardening. She was an amazing and strong person and cherished by her family. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers and sisters, sons Allan, David, Kip, and Gary Bentley, daughter, Pamela Burnett and her loving husband Kenneth. She is survived by her sons, Ron and Lonnie Bentley and daughters, Debbie Stratton and Lynette (Daren) Christensen and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all.
