Terry Parker

The family would like to announce the death of Terry S. Parker (West Jordan City, Utah), who passed away on April 20, 2024, at the age of 80.

Terry was born May 26, 1943, in Murray, Utah as the oldest child to Shirley William Parker and Naomi Phyllis King.

Terry served in the U.S. Army as a SP4 in Vietnam. He worked at Kennecott his whole career. He had a love for trains, painting them at work, and collecting electric model trains at home. He also loved baseball and watching movies.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Shirley W Parker and Naomi P King, his sister Elma P Larsen, and 1 great-great-niece. He is survived by his sister Shirlene P. Cook; 5 nieces, 8 great-nieces, 4 great-nephews, 9 great-great-nieces, and 6 great-great-nephews.

A graveside memorial service will be held on Monday, April 29, 2024, at 11:00 AM, Taylorsville City Cemetery, 4567 S Redwood Road, Taylorsville, Utah.
