Ted Smith

Ted Larry Smith passed away July 5, 2023, in West Jordan, Utah. He was born in Murray, Utah, on April 23, 1954, to Donna Latham Smith and Carvell George Smith. He graduated from Kearns High School and was employed by Jordan School District until the ravages of MS made physical labor impossible. He enjoyed restoring old automobiles and updating new ones.

Ted is survived by 4 brothers, 1 sister, 2 children, and 3 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers.

The nurses and CNAs at Copper Ridge Care Center gave Ted many hours of kind, loving care and are appreciated by his family.

There will be a graveside service to honor Ted on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at Taylorsville City Cemetery located 4575 South Redwood Road, Taylorsville, Utah, beginning at 11:oo AM.
