Sharon Markellen Howard

Sharon passed away peacefully in her sleep at the age of 88. She was a beloved wife, loving mother, and caretaker to all who knew her. 

She wore many hats throughout the years, including cooking, parking attendant, and housekeeping supervisor, where she worked alongside her daughter for many years. She retired at the age of 70 to spend more time with the people she loved. 

She was thoughtful and gave to all freely, asking nothing in return. She loved butterflies and the outdoors, even when she had to see it through a window. No one was ever more loved.

Preceded in death by her husband, Wade Howard, her two sons, Brent and Jody Peterson, her sister Patricia White, her parents, and many others.

Survived by her son Jason Howard, her daughter Julie Vandervaart, her sister Peggy Angell, her brother David Robinson, 14 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.

Her mark has been left on many lives, and she will be fondly remembered by all.
