Sandra Langston Clegg

Sandra Langston Clegg, age 81, died on April 6, 2026, in Murray, Utah. She was born on September 7, 1944, in the Cottonwood Maternity Hospital to Bernice Shaw and Vance Langston.

She was married to Gary Jacob Denter in 1961, and then later divorced. She then married Raymond Max Clegg on July 8, 1972. They were later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on February 8, 1990.

She was a dedicated church member who loved her many callings including teaching Primary, being a part of the Relief Society Presidency, and being a sports director. She loved her family and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She loved shopping and going out to eat with friends and family.

She is survived by her husband Raymond Max Clegg, her sons Troy and Todd Denter, and her daughter Tamara Musso (Lou - deceased). She had 18 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.

There will be a visitation on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, Taylorsville, Utah, from 6 to 8 PM.

Funeral Services will be Friday, April 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM with a visitation beforehand from 10 to 10:45 AM at the Heritage Park 10th Ward Building located at 4950 South 1950 West, Salt Lake City, Utah.

Interment will be at Elysian Burial Gardens, 1075 East 4580 South, Millcreek, Utah.
