1933 Rodger 2020

Rodger William Greengo

May 17, 1933 — October 3, 2020

Our beloved father, grandfather, son, brother and friend, Rodger William Greengo, passed away on Saturday, October 3, 2020, in Murray, Salt Lake County, Utah, at the age of 87.

Rodger was born May 17, 1933 in Albert Lea, Minnesota to Wilton Robert Greengo and Mary Luella Lair. He married Doris L. Peterson; they were later divorced.  He married Darlene Moore.  After Darlene passed in 1993, Rodger met and married Marjorie Ann Cook Krantz.

Rodger loved horses, chocolate, camping and especially his family. He faithfully sent cards, many hand painted, and $2.00 bills for every birthday or anniversary.

Rodger was a wonderful influence in our lives, and we will miss him terribly. We find great comfort in knowing that he is with dear ones who went before him.

He is survived by his wife Marjorie Ann Cook Greengo of Taylorsville; children: Diane Rutherford, Mark Greengo, and David Greengo; step children: Linda Roskelley, Patty Schaugaard, Janis Olsen, Gary Johnston, Cheri Hartman and Kurston Krantz.

He was preceded in death by daughter Mary Greengo Keenan; and step son Michael Rowe.
