Robin L. Quinn, 59, passed away April 13, 2026, in Lehi, Utah.

Robin was born on August 5, 1966, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Richard Young and Kathy Egbert. She graduated from Cottonwood High School in 1984 and went on to study education and management at the University of Utah where she took classes in education and management. She began her career as a retail manager early in life, successfully managing her first store at the tender age of 16.

Robin married Mark Christian Quinn on June 19, 1990, in the Salt Lake Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The couple was married for over 20 years and made their homes in Tacoma Washington, where Mark attended law school, and in Midvale, Utah and Holladay, Utah, where they spent most of their time together. They had 2 children, McKenzie Katherine Quinn of Albany, New York, and Connor Thomas Quinn of West Jordan, Utah. Robin loved traveling and went on many vacations with her family to beach destinations and Disneyland, where she loved to take her children, especially on her favorite ride: Grizzly Bear Rapids. She was a dedicated runner and rock climber in her younger years and always wanted a fast boat.

Robin was a devoted mother and a loyal friend and family member. She is also remembered for her creativity, sense of humor, and love of music. She was admired for her many talents, such as singing, decorating, and craft making. She attended many concerts with her family and always claimed her preferred career would have been as a music coordinator for movies and television shows. She was a tireless worker in her occupation and was most brilliant at managing employee schedules and payroll and getting the best from her team. She gave jobs to many friends and family members over the years and her team members became like family to her. She was always available to help with problems or concerns no matter when they occurred, and she generously gave her time and energy to ensure her stores and her employees were successful and cared for. Robin brilliantly managed stores for many great companies throughout her life, most notably Benetton, The Gap, Anthropologie, and Great Clips.

Robin was promoted to regional and general manager positions multiple times. She was recognized by her employers as a consummate manager who always put the happiness and well-being of her employees and customers first. Her employees often confided in her when they had personal issues and found in her a loving heart, an empathetic ear, and a creative mind who worked endlessly with them to solve any problem, small or large.

Robin is survived by her mother, Kathy Egbert of West Jordan, Utah, sisters Penny Young Meyer (David) of Pacific Grove, California, and Shelly Young of Salt Lake City, Utah, daughter McKenzie Quinn, son Connor Quinn, and preceded in death by her father, Richard Young, and stepfather Bruce Egbert, who always loved and treated her as his own daughter.
