Orion Tyler Perry

Orion Tyler Perry (formerly known as Dean Richard Perry) Orion Tyler Perry, age 52, passed away on October 17, 2011, after a lifetime heroic struggle with Cystic Fybrosis and diabetes. Born June 5, 1959 in Provo, Utah to John Russell and Judith Elaine Browne Perry. Tyler was kind, loving and talented. He had an impact on everyone. Tyler will remain in our hearts forever. Survived by children: Ashley Susanne Burrola, Sean Jordan Perry and Chelsey Nicole Perry; grandchildren: Madelynn McKaye and Noah Carter; parents, Russell & Judy; brother, Michael Reid Perry. Preceded in death by grandparents and siblings, Lisa, Keith and Lynn. Funeral services will be Saturday, October 22, 2011, 11:00 a.m. at Valley Park 6th Ward, 5250 South 3200 West. Viewings will be Friday, 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Saturday at the church from 10-10:45 a.m. Interment, Taylorsville Cemetery on Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. Hobbies:MusicOccupation:Musician
