On Sunday, December 6, 2020, Nymfa Ortiz Paraso, loving wife, mother of three children, and grandmother/great-grandmother of nine passed away at the age of 87.
Nymfa was born on February 26, 1933 in Gerona Tarlac, Philippines to Buenaventura and Carolina Ortiz . She received her nursing degree, and she practiced as a registered nurse for a number of years. On, November 6,1958 she married the love of her life and eternal companion Amor Paraso. They had three children, Leah, Ariel and Adorabelle.
Nymfa had a passion for music. She also loved to cook for friends and family. She used her two hobbies to selflessly bless and create extraordinary memories for many. She would sing with her husband to anything and anyone. Together they starred in many choirs. Nymfa loved singing for her family. You could always find her singing the lyrics of “You Are My Sunshine”. She was a dedicated nurse and carried that caregiver spirit to all aspects of her life.
