Our loving mother, grandmother, and nana Norma Ve Rowe Olson peacefully passed away and returned home to her Heavenly Father on Mother's Day morning, May 10, 2026, at 88 years old, surrounded by her family.
Norma was born on February 26, 1938, in Springville, Utah to Murray K Jacob and Melba Johnson Crosby. She was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She graduated from Springville High School in 1956. She was sealed to her sweetheart Owen "Keith" Olson on May 19, 1961, in the Salt Lake Temple. They went on to have four children, Karen, Barbara, Gary, & Amy which they lovingly raised in Hunter, Utah.
Norma was a diligent indexer for family history and was given a certificate for doing over a million names. She ran a ceramic shop, she made china dolls, miniatures, and loved quilting.
Norma was preceded in death by her parents, step-father Milton Knight, husband Keith, brother Bob Knight, and grandson Jason Olson. She is survived by her children: Karen (David) Jensen, Barbara (Brent) McGhie, Gary (Sheri) Olson, and Amy (Kevin) Williams. Her grandchildren: Natalie (Shawn) Patterson, Tyler Olson, Stacey (Derek) Lowe, Tiffany Linnell, Ivy (Alex) Butler, Samantha (Jason) Dabling, Cameron Olson, Kaitlynn (Spencer) Bailey, Shantel Olson, and Austin (Miranda) Olson.
