Monique D. Rhodes Beloved Nika Monique Dawn Rhodes, 11, died June 25, 2011 from causes due to a vehicle accident. Born March 25, 2000 in Salt Lake City, Utah, daughter of Donald Ray and Richael Steele Rhodes. She attended Silver Hills Elementary where she was an avid reader and won a bike for reading the most books. She was full of energy, had a very adventurous spirit and her best friend was her brother, Dustin. Survived by parents; Nana, Joann Rhodes; brother, Dustin Ray Rhodes; grandparents: Donald C. and Peggy Rhodes; Dona and Dennis Steele. Preceded in death by Grandma Pat. A private family memorial services will be held Thursday, June 30, 2011, 4:00 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road where a visitation will be held 5-7 p.m. Hobbies:ReadingOccupation:Student
