Born January 21, 1962 in Vernal, Utah, daughter of E. A. Tex and Beth Collett Sweatfield. Married Brent Emery Fredrickson August 23, 1997 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Survived by husband, Brent; daughter, Eryn Zumwalt; sons: Tyler and Spencer Frederickson; mother, brother-in-law, Thomas (Lisa) Waite; brother, Alan Sweatfield; sister, Colette (Scott) Hymas. Preceded in death by father; sister, Gena Waite; sister-in-law, Linda Sweatfield. Memorial services will be held Tuesday, August 9, 2011, 10:00 a.m. at the Taylorsville 43rd Ward, 3120 West 4700 South.
