May 31, 1943 — April 12, 2024

June Kay Black wife, mother, grandma, great Grandma ,Aunt and great friend passed away suddenly on April 12, 2024 in Taylorsville Utah.

She was born on May 31, 1943 in Sacramento, California. On March 1959 Married Lawerence Norton. Later divorced in 1967. On July 10, 1971 She married Clinton Black .

She is survived by her Husband Clinton Black, brothers Danny Bice and Randy Bice; son Rick Norton (Julie), daughter Linda Christensen (Rick), daughter Brenda Newkirk(Roger), & son Paul Black; several grandchildren and great grandchildren;and several wonderful nieces and nephews, that loved her very much,

Preceded in death by, mom Frances Bice, dad Greg Bice Sr,; brothers Greg Bice JR and Vincent Bice; grandson Allen Norton and granddaughter Kimberly Christensen.

She loved camping, boating, hunting, and fishing with her family. She held several jobs, her favorite jobs were working at the Delta Center and The ball park parking cars, where she made several friends. She enjoyed talking to people and making many friends.

What set June apart from everyone was her work ethic, she worked hard everyday of her life. Some would describe her as a little firecracker. She loved helping people,and she had the biggest heart. She made friends very easily.

We will all miss her very much.

June's wish was to be cremated. We will have a celebration of life on Thursday, April 18, 2024, 11:00 a.m. at the LDS Church on  4986 So. Valois Drive,Taylorsville Utah.
