Judith Lane Hansen passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 20, 2017 at the age of 83. Judy was born December 5,1933 in Mount Pleasant, Utah, to Izora and Vernal Olson. Because Judy was so young when her mother passed away, she had several sets of parents that helped in her upbringing, Andrew and Annie Christina Miller and Maxine and Glen Hardy all of whom she adored with all of her heart. Judy was an exceptional wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was an excellent cook andenjoyed preparing meals and baking cakes for her family and friends. She adored everythingElvis, Shirley Temple and things that were pink and frilly. Judy loved nothing more in life thanspending time with her grandkids, having tea parties, playing paper dolls, going to Sizzler fordinner and driving through the canyon to see the leaves change. Judy was one of our of Father in Heaven's angels on this earth and will be greatly missed by herfriends and family. Judy was predeceased by her Eternal husband of 60 years, Jerry Kent Hansen on December 9, 2012. She is survived by her cousin (brother figure) Kayle (Brooke) Hardy; her son James; and three grandchildren, Bryan, Hailey, and Megan. A visitation will be held at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road on Saturday, August 26th from 11:30-12:30 p.m., followed by a graveside service at 1:00 p.m., at Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 S Redwood Road, Taylorsville UT. A Memorial Service will be held following graveside services at 2:00 p.m. located at the Ridgeland Acres Ward, 3175 South 3450 West, West Valley City, Utah. Place of Birth:Mt.
