John Harold Boltz

John Harold Boltz returned to his Heavenly Father on the14th of December 2014, while surrounded by loved ones. He is survived by his loving wife, Bertha Macias-Boltz, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. John served proudly in the U.S. Marine Corps, he was a Jaycee and PTA President, a professional umpire, and Manager for Kmart Corp. In addition to his family, John loved traveling and is now on his final cruise. Please join us for a celebration of his life at a memorial service to be held the 19th of December 2014, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Stake Center, 954 West 1100 North, North Salt Lake, Utah 84054.
