Hope Strasburg

Hope Marie Strasburg was born December 12, 1933, to Charles and Hazel Hudson in Philadelphia PA.

She died of natural causes on December 15, 2022, at age 89.

She married Louis Sturmer, and had 6 children, later divorced. Married Kenneth Strasburg in 1980 who preceded her in death in 2013.

She is survived by 5 children: Louis, Greg, Elaine, Linda, and Darrell and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by beloved son Charles and 3 grandsons: Adam, Charles Majid and Mustapha.

Mom worked many years as a CNA and loved her job and her patients. She worked until age 70, the only thing that stopped her was a broken leg. She retired and cared for her husband Ken until his death.

Mom was a spunky little lady with a wicked sense of humor and absolutely no filter, you never knew what she would say next. She loved dachshunds, cooking shows (especially Guy Fieri) and her family.

A private service is planned, she will be buried next to her husband Ken.

We love you mom, and you will be missed.
