Glenace W. Fritz was born in Rigby Idaho, October 31, 1934. She passed at home, in the early morning hours on April 3, 2022 from natural causes, surrounded by loving family.
Glenace was an inspiration to all. She valued family above all else. She will be missed.
She lived for her kids and grandchildren. She graduated with an associate degree in accounting from SLCC. She worked for years at Mountain Fuel. She stayed busy after retirement, gardening and caring for her grandkids. She lived for her weekly game of Bingo. She volunteered at her church and even worked the school lunch program for a period of time. She loved God and devoted many hours of prayer to her faith.
She was a true artist and loved quilting, cross stitching, and crochet. She created the most beautiful tatted snowflakes. She cooked a delicious Thanksgiving and Christmas feast every year. She never said no to anyone in need. She loved traveling and being in the mountains. She loved to fish and enjoyed family gatherings of any kind.
She is survived by her children, Sandy Loyd (Bill), Joe Little (Marcie), Jeannette Antry (Mike), Cathy Lindsey (Bryon), Margot Fritz Gonzoles, Stephen Fritz, Mike Fritz; sisters Elaine Karas, Geraldine Duncan, Marie Simmons; 23 grandkids and 22 great-grandkids.
Preceded in death by son Jonathon Little; Teresa Robb; brothers Thayne White, Marian White; sister Darlene Jones; grandchildren, Katie Jo Hensley, Jennifer Little, Jolie Fritz, and Jeremy Sanchez.
A funeral mass will be held Monday, April 11, 2022, 1:30 p.m. at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 4501 West 5215 South, Kearns, Utah. Viewings will be held for family and friends Sunday, April 10, 2022, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, Taylorsville, and prior to services at the church on Monday from 12:30-1:30 p.m.
