Frida Bauer Kindt

March 25, 1922 — October 31, 2011

Frida B. Kindt Micki Frida Micki Bauer Kindt, 89, passed away on the 31st of October, 2011 while living in West Valley City with her son. She was born on the 25th of March 1922 in Herzogsfelde, Thorn, West Prussia to Philipp and Luise Wilhelmine Kuhn Bauer. She was baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on the 16th of May 1931 in Neubrandenburg, Mecklenburg-Strehlitz, Germany. She married Hans E. Kindt in Celle, Germany on the 26th of July 1946. After immigrating to the Milwaukee, WI in 1953, they were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on the 8th of August 1956. She worked with her husband in their Tailor shop. She was a wonderful, fabulous cook. She tended to a large garden until she moved earlier this year to Salt Lake city, Utah from Milwaukee, WI. She served for many years in the genealogy center as a German specialist. She served in many other church callings including Relief Society President, Primary President, Sunday School Coordinator, Primary teacher, Librarian, and Name Extractor. Survived by her husband, Hans Erich Erwin Kindt; her children: Nancy Sigrid Kindt, Jeffrey Hans Kindt (Annette), and Andrew Bauer Kindt (Letona); Grandchildren: Brittany Anne Nielson, Nels Peter Nielson II (Amber), Kindt Ellery Nielson (Alyssa), Maren Marie Nielson (Matthew), Michelle Kathrine Kindt, Kimberly Luise Kindt, Michael Johannes Erich Erwin Paul Kindt, Cassandra Gabriele Maria Kindt, Chiara Elizabeth Kindt, Alexa Michelle Kindt, Cambry Gabriella Kindt, and Andrew Christian Kindt; great-grandchildren: AnaElizabeth Nielson, Christian Faeez Nielson, Jakob Christophel Nielson, Channing Bauer Nielson, Emalin Nielson, Ellery Alexander Nielson, Sharona Cooper, Briele Mary Cooper, Angela Raelin Cooper, Brinda Frida Cooper; her sister, Anna Bauer Schulz. Preceded in death by children: Gabriele Barbara Kindt (age 57), Michelle Rhina Kindt (age 15), Kevin Hans Kindt (age 1), and Phillip Wilford Kindt (age 1); brothers and sisters: Rosalie Bauer (age 2), Lydia Bauer (age 1), Olga Bauer (age 4), Emma Bauer (age 83), Wanda Bauer (age 93), Philipp Johann Bauer (age 94), Luise Bauer (age 2), Otto Bauer (age 23), Marta Bauer (age 79), Irma Bauer (age 1), Gertrud Bauer (age 1).
