Fay LaVon Bloodworth

Fay LaVon Jorgensen Culley Bloodworth passed away peacefully on Sunday morning, February 2, 2020. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, William L Bloodworth; seven children (and spouses),  Daryl Culley Reeves (Ken), Darrell Bloodworth, Golda Bloodworth, Haskell Bloodworth, Jackie Nelson (Chris), Chris Bloodworth (Jeannie), Terrence Bloodworth; 17 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.

She is preceded in death by her parents Steven Waldemar Jorgensen & Ruth Lucille Hansen; her daughter Laurie Joe Jones Pixty; her son, Tadd Von Culley; and daughter Janet Kaye Culley; one sister; and four brothers.

Fay was a loving wife, mother and sister who dedicated her life to helping others. She was always so humble and accepting. She loved doing crafts with her sister Thelma Hurst, cooking, baking, sewing, and making candy with her family.  

Her love for her family was equaled by her love for her Savior and His Gospel. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She will continue to be loved and sorely missed by all those who knew her. We love you Fay, Mom, Grandma, and Sister.

Funeral services will be held Friday February 7th, 11AM at the Taylorsville 13^thWard, 1495 West Tamarack Road, (4630 S) Taylorsville, Utah. 

A viewing will be held Thursday night 6 PM - 8 PM at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and again Friday morning from 10AM – 11AM at the LDS church on Tamarack.

Her final resting place will be at Camp Williams, Utah Veterans Memorial Park.

Lunch will be provided after the services at the LDS church on Tamarack.
