Dorothy Martha Cisneros

Dorothy Martha Cisneros (Dorataya) was born on December 10th, 1935. She passed on March 31st, 2026. She was born in Fruita Colorado to his father Merced Serrano and mother Rufina Trujillo.

. She lived with her parents and siblings Robert, Melia, Eugene, and Emilla. She married her husband Leo W. Cisneros on July 4th 1954. She welcomed 4 children; Melvin, Gary, Cheryl and Will. She sadly lost a daughter Teresa. After a few years she became a grandmother to 18 grandchildren and a great-grandmother to 18 great- grandchildren.

Dorothy passed at 90 years old. She passed peacefully at the home of Gary and Melissa. She was surrounded by lots of love and memories. Dorothy loved to camp, garden, and cook big holiday meals where all her kids and grandkids would come too. She always made sure you left her home on a full stomach every time you saw her.

She is survived by her children; Melvin (Ruthie), Gary (Melissa), Cheryl (Frank) Sicairos, and Will (Jaydean). She is now with her husband and their daughter Theresa. She will be forever missed by family and friends.

She will be forever in our heart!
