Curtis William Ford passed away peacefully in his home on April 17, 2026 at the age of 69, surrounded by his loved ones.
He was born on February 11, 1957, to Claude and Jenoice Ford.
Curt worked as a salesman and loved putting his skills to good use, never hesitating to go toe-to-toe with any car salesman to help his kids get the best deal.
He was a pillar of the Salt Lake bowling community-particularly within youth bowling, where he dedicated many years of service.
Throughout his life, Curt was an avid music fan, often listening to the "oldies" and putting on electric air piano performances while behind the wheel.
Curt's true passion in life was supporting his kids, grandkids, and even the neighborhood kids. If there was a game or match, Curt was often the first one there-rain, shine, or sprinklers.
Curt is survived by his wife, Judy; his sisters, Sharon (Lee), Linda (Grant), Toni and Lori; and his children, Cassandra (Brad), Christopher (Heidi), Ryan, Kyle (Alicia), Miquelle, Nate (Kaydee), Zach, and Tony (Gaby).
He also leaves behind 13 beloved grandchildren and numerous grand dogs.
Curt was preceded in death by his brothers, Wayne and Paul.
Funeral Services will be held, Saturday, April 25, 11:00 a.m. at the Harvest Park Ward, 3671 South Oldham Street, 4180 West. Viewings will be held Friday, April 24m 6-8:00 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 Sough Redwood Road, Taylorsville, Utah and again Saturday, 10-10:45 a.m. at the church prior to the funeral services.
