Charles Chuck Cook 1921 ~ 2001 Charles Chuck Cook passed away on August 5, 2011, at home in the presence of his family. His life was full of many accomplishments. He served in the US Navy, was one of the founders of the Salt Lake City Little League Sports Program, and worked for the Union Pacific Railroad for 43 years. He was married to Marianne Dannenbring and they had one son, Terry. Chuck is survived by his wife, Lori of thirty-five years; children: Terry (Marcia), Alan (Robyn), Brett (Laura), Dawn (Clint), Chris (DeAnn); 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. His cremains will be placed at Utah Veterans Memorial Park at Camp Williams. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, August 9, 2011, 2:00 p.m. at the Veteran s Memorial Chapel, 17111 South Redwood Road. In lieu of flowers, donations to your local Little League program will be appreciated. Arrangements under the direction of McDougal Funeral Home.
