Carolyn Lee Pitzak In Loving Memory Carolyn Lee Pitzak lost a brave battle with diabetes May 6, 2011 and believed to be received by her father, Richard Pitzak Sr. She was born August 15, 1963. She lived life to it s fullest, and all who knew Carolyn instantly witnessed her love for her family and all she came in contact with. Carolyn s greatest gifts were her ability to love and her childlike innocence that was ever present. She is survived by her husband, August, who was the love of Carolyn s life; grandkids: Josh, Alize and Isabella; her mother, Millicent Pitzak; brothers: Richard Jr., Billy, Albert, Rusty, sisters: Susan, Shawna and Linda; and the rest of her loving family. We thank all those who have supported our family at this time. We respectfully request in lieu of flowers donations be made to Millicent Pitzak.
