Annette Nelson Brown Annette Nelson Brown, age 87, died September 21, 2011. Born March 17, 1924 in Sandy, Utah, daughter of Paul Ernest and Martha Eunice Ensign Nelson, the sixth of nine children. She attended Davis and Moroni High Schools and graduated from the LDS Hospital School of Nursing program. Married Frank H. Brown March 19, 1948 in the Salt Lake Temple, they have five children. She loved music, books and this country. She enjoyed nursing and served in school, civic, community and church organizations, especially Family History, throughout her life. Annette is survived by her husband, Frank; children: Bruce (Candi), Patricia (Steve) Jackson, David (Judy), Lynne (Mel) Labrum, Gay (Randy) Haar; 20 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; sisters, Rachel Nutter and Ruth Reeve; brother, J. Dewey (Ann) Nelson. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 28, 2011, 11:00 a.m. at the Taylorsville 12th Ward, 4505 So. 3420 W. Friends may visit Tuesday, 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 So. Redwood Road and Wednesday at the chapel one hour prior to services. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
