ANNE MERIE (FRY) ROBERTS

"HAWK"

If you are reading this, my book of life has finally closed. I died November 8, 2022 in Salt Lake City, Utah after a full and rewarding life.

I came into this world on a cold winters day in the city of Provo, Utah, February 7, 1933. Born to Otto Richard Fry and Evelyn Pierce.

I was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I grew up in Springville, Utah and attended and graduated from Springville High School as a Red Devil.

After graduation I went to work for the telephone company (Ma Bell). I met and married Bob Roberts. We moved to the Salt Lake Valley where our five children grew up. We later divorced.

Went to work at the University of Utah and retired after twenty-five years.

I loved sports: Utes Football, the Jazz and the Raiders. I enjoyed music and a good mystery novel.

Had a good life, bumpy at times, but never dull. But all things finally come to an end and the book of my life closed on this November 8, 2022.

I leave behind my five greatest gifts, my family, my daughter Susan Kay (James) Warner; my sons Richard (Kris) Roberts, Stephen C. Roberts, David (Lani) Roberts, Jeffery G. Roberts; fifteen grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; five great- great-grandchildren; and one brother Gordon (Peggy) Fry.

The Get Together will be held at 11:00 am on November 18, 2022 at McDougal Funeral Home at 4330 South Redwood Road, Taylorsville, Utah. Friends may visit at the Funeral Home from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on November 17, 2022 and from 10:00 to 10:45 am prior to the Get Together. Internment at the Valley View Memorial Park, 4391 West 4100 South, West Valley City, Utah.
