Ruby Virginia Turner Camero

Our sweet mother and grandmother passed away peacefully June 12, 2017 at 91. Mom was born January 9, 1926, Pitt County, North Carolina to Henry and Leona Turner. She met and married the love of her life Louis Camero while he was in the Marine Corp in NC. They were married for 67 years before he passed away. She worked as an EEG Tech until she retired, and could accomplish anything she tried. She was a great cook, and homemaker, teaching her family how to sew, knit, and stretch a dollar. She loved being surrounded by her very large family. Mom is a member of the LDS Church and loved her ward family so much. She is survived by her children, Sharon (Larry), Stepheni (William), Sandra (Danny) , Susan (Eric), and Andrew (Elizabeth); 14 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great- grandchildren; and her special friend Leah Bassett. Mom is preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and siblings. She was the last survivor from her generation in our family.
