Ronald Ppark Knowlden

Ronald Park Knowlden, 76, of West Valley, Utah passed away August 24, 2014 of natural causes surrounded by his loving family. Born March 7, 1938 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Ronald L. and Mildred A. Addison Knowlden. He married Karen L. Turpin March 26, 1960. Ron retired from Kennecott Smelter after 35 years of service. Survived by his wife; sister Ruth Marie (Roy "Buff") Mast; sons Ronald (Sandra), Todd (Sylvia); grandchildren: Capt Cali Bea USAF, Sami Joe (Justin), Tristan, Bryce and Brandon Knowlden; and honorary daughter Tracy K. Harman-Jensen. Ron is preceded in death by his parents and father in-law Robert Turpin. We will miss you Sweetheart, Dad, Gramps, Pops and Poppy. At Ron's request there will be no funeral, instead the family will host a celebration of his life at the family home Saturday, August 30, 2014, 12:00 noon to 3:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers the family suggests a donation to Primary Children's Medical Center. Arrangements under the direction of McDougal Funeral Home.
