Naomi H. Light

Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother has returned home, surrounded by family, to the loving arms of our Heavenly Father. She was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and has served in many leadership capacities. She married the love of her life, Robert M. Light, on June 20, 1961 in the Los Angles Temple and was blessed with eight beautiful children. Naomi was a loving mother who taught her children many things such as obedience, to love the Lord, and to serve others. Survived by her husband, Bob; eight children, Christy Light, Robert (Kathy) Light, Kathy (Rick) Engman, Phillip (Marilyn) Light, Pamela Light, Becca (Bryan) Taylor, Vicki (Lynn) Squire, and Cami (Mike) Naseath; 36 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 28, 2018, 11:00 a.m. at Bennion 6th Ward building, 5775 S 2700 W Taylorsville, UT 84129, where viewings will be held Friday, April 27th, 6-8:00 p.m. and Saturday prior to services from 10-10:45 a.m. Interment, Taylorsville Cemetery.
