Grant Wing Louie

In loving memory of Grant Wing Louie who passed away October 26, 2014. He was born June 18, 1937, in Ogden, Utah, to Wing and May Szto Shee. Grant served in the US Air Force. He married Cheryl in 1966; later divorced. Married Dyan in 1973; later divorced. He spent the next 25 years with his companion Marlene Henion. He worked in the restaurant industry. He loved to cook and was a top notch chef. His passions also included reading and watching the Utes. He was a very loving, giving person and thought the world of his family. He is survived by his children, Laurie (Gary) Wyatt, Shanda (Steve) Sullivan Justin Louie and Jill Louie, step-children, Dwinn Brown (Jerry), Lora Twiss, and Patrick Henion; grandchildren, Bryce, Brandi, Miranda, Barilynn, and Tiffany; great-grandchildren, Morgan, Owen, Brylee, Grayson, Braydon, and Kaysia; siblings, William, Jean, and Mary. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Harry, Edward, Bob, and Mac; sister, May and his companion Marlene. "You are loved and will be missed forever" At his request, private services have been held.
