Danyel Walton, a lifelong resident of West Valley City, Utah, died unexpectedly on July 15, 2016, at the ageof 46, while escorting an over-sized load in Spanish Fork Canyon. Danyel is survived by her grandmother, Bette Brickey; soul mate, Steve Ninow; twin sister, Lonni (Ernie) Casados;brother, Jake (Kelly) Andrews; and children, Nathan Kenna) Walton,Maygen Charles, and Kylee Mastel; and grandchildren, Allyson Walton, andSamantha Walton; and several uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Danyel was preceded in death by her father, Stephen Twitchell; mother, Sharon Andrews Twitchell; and several others. Danyel was born on March 27, 1970, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Stephen Twitchell and Sharon AndrewsTwitchell. Danyel fought hard to overcome many difficult obstacles to become a successful businessowner, doing what she loved, as a pilot car driver for oversized loads. She met her soul mate, SteveNinow, on January 1, 2009, bringing two more wonderful daughters, Kayla Pollock and MirandaRomano, into the family. Danyel was a devoted mother, avid rock collector, and extreme thrift shopper. She loved her job,traveling and exploring many wonderful and new places, as well as making new friends in her travels. She made a lasting and memorable impact in the life of every person she met. She made a greatimpact in the pilot car industry. She enjoyed the time she spent making her and Steve 's house into ahome, lining the house with her favorite polished rocks, to surrounding the house with her dailyaddition of plants. Danyel loved exploring nature, from enjoying the shapes of the clouds in the sky, ortaking in countless sunsets, to even picking through every rock pile in sight to look at every shape andcolor.She was a beautiful, kind, loving, huge hearted person, who always had a piece of wisdom to bestowon her loved ones. She will be deeply missed by her friends and family that she left behind. There will be an open house style of service August 1, 2016, at the Washington Park Parleys CanyonLower Pavilion. Take the Washington Park Parleys Exit 134 on I-80 East. There will be food andbeverages as we celebrate the life and adventures of Danyel.
